🔁 30-Day Return Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned to us, even if it’s been opened or partially used

  • At least 50% of the product must remain in the container

  • Only valid for first-time purchases of a given product

  • Limited to one opened product per household

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

All refund requests are subject to inspection upon return. Refunds will be issued only after the product is received and verified.

📩 Returns on Unopened Items

Unopened, sealed products may also be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in original, unused, sealed condition

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • You provide proof of purchase

💾 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Products with more than 50% used

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Multiple opened bottles from the same customer

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
